The Regular Meeting of the Town of Hillrose Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Riedl at 7:00 p.m.  Trustees answering roll call were Colerick, Stroh and Wahlert.  Smith absent due to his son’s illness.  Staff members present were Golemboski, Colerick and Nichols.  Visitors present were Teresa Kramer and Dale Schmer.  The Mayor led the pledge of allegiance.

Public Comments: none

The minutes from the April 5, 2010 meeting were presented and Colerick moved with Wahlert seconding to approve the minutes as printed.  Approved by unanimous voice vote 4-0.

The following reports were submitted to the Board:
Certified Operator, Dale Colerick:  as printed;
Maintenance, Ed Wahlert:
  1.  Park sprinkler system up and running;
  2.  Potable water meter for park bathroom is installed ready for opening on May 1.
  3.  Spraying weeds
  4.  A crew removed the huge old tank from the yard water well house today in preparation for the new
       pumping system to be installed tomorrow and Wednesday.

Old Business: none

New Business:
The list of bills for April 19, 2010 were presented.  Wahlert moved with Stroh seconding to pay the bills in the usual manner.  Roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes, motion carried 4-0.

The Board discussed the spring clean up day.   They decided to tentatively schedule the day for May 29th with additional dumping thru June 3 by calling the town hall.  The roll off would then be hauled to the county dump on June 4th.  We will check with the County Commissioners and Waste Management to see if those dates will work.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
