The Regular Meeting of the Town of Hillrose Board of Trustees was called to order by Mayor Riedl at 7:00 p.m.  Trustees answering roll call were Colerick, Kramer, Smith and Wahlert.  Staff members present were Golemboski.  No visitors were present.  The Mayor led the pledge of allegiance.

Public Comments:  None

The minutes from the November 1, 2010 meeting were presented and Kramer moved with Wahlert seconding to approve the minutes as printed.  Approved by unanimous voice vote 5-0.

The following reports were submitted to the Board:
Financial Reports:  as printed
Code Enforcement, Jon Riedl:  as printed
Maintenance, Ed Wahlert and Don Smith:  Normal duties: water shut off’s; trash toters.  Smith installed the water meter repair bench, trimmed around water meters, laid cement slab for Malathion barrels outside the shop.  Stolp fixed leak in roof at Town Hall.

Old Business:
The Clerk reminded the Board of the schedule budget work sessions on November 22 & 29 if needed.  The 22nd will start with a soup supper for the families at 6:00 pm.

New Business:
The list of bills for November 15, 2010 was presented.  Colerick moved with Smith seconding to pay the bills as presented.  Roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes, motion carried 5-0.

Golemboski introduced Ordinance #109 An Ordinance to Prohibit the Operation of Medical Marijuana Centers, Optional Premises Cultivation Operations, and Medical Marijuana-Infused Products Manufacturers’ Licenses Within the Town of Hillrose, Colorado and Declaring an Emergency as prepared by Attorney McGuire.  Smith moved to read Ordinance #109 with Kramer seconding.  A voice vote was taken with all present voting yes, motion carried 5-0.  Golemboski read Ordinance #109.  Kramer moved to adopt, approve, pass and order published by title only Ordinance #109 with Wahlert seconding.  A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes.  Motion carried 5-0.  Golemboski will send the notice to the Brush News Tribune for publication.

Golemboski read a letter from the Bank of Colorado requesting the Town to fill out a Two Signatures Required Addendum because the operating account checks have two signature lines on the check.  Smith moved with Wahlert seconding to authorize the signatures to the Addendum.  A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes, motion carried 5-0.

Golemboski presented the last two quotations from CIRSA for the 2011 year, Volunteer Accident Medical Plan for $30.00 ($3.00 per volunteer 10 volunteers estimated) and Boiler Machinery for $157.12.  Colerick moved with Kramer seconding to accept the quotes as quoted.  A roll call vote was taken with all present voting yes, motion carried 5-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
